The day starts with informational displays and vendors at the 7th St. Park and entertainment featuring the band "Southbound". Park activities run from 10 to 11 AM, followed by the Elks Annual Flag Day Ceremony at 11 AM, and then the park activities will continue until 1:30PM. The parade steps…
